We had a leak behind our toilet. There was visible damage to the baseboards and drywall. I called UWR because I was unsure what or if anything needed to be done. As always, I was concerned that my lack of knowledge in this area could be used against me. Jason showed up and conducted a thorough inspection of the affected area and determined that some minor work would need to be done which I could do myself. He advised me of what needed to be done and I plan to do it in the near future. Even though no work needed to be done I am 100% pleased with the interaction. Jason could have overstated the damage and I would have likely done business with them. Instead he made an honest and free assessment and left without a contract.
